Aarron Vela

Aarron Vela is a manufacturing and operations leader with more than 25 years of industry experience, including over 20 years in management. As Owner and President of SFM Group TX LLC, Aarron brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to improving performance, developing people, and building systems that create lasting success.

Aarron’s career started on the manufacturing floor, where he gained firsthand experience in equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, production, and process improvement. Over the years, he worked his way from operator and technician roles into supervision, management, continuous improvement, and ultimately business ownership.

That experience has shaped how he leads today. Aarron understands what it means to be on the floor, solve problems under pressure, work through challenges with a team, lead people through change, and turn ideas into measurable results. His approach is practical, people-focused, and grounded in real-world experience.

Aarron believes strongly in servant leadership. To him, leadership isn't about having the highest title—it's about helping others succeed. That means listening, teaching, removing obstacles, providing direction, holding people accountable, and giving people the tools and opportunity they need to grow.

“People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7

Aarron also believes there is no single path to success. Not everyone starts with the same opportunities, resources, or circumstances. His own journey has reinforced the belief that where you start does not have to determine where you finish.

Sometimes the obstacles we overcome become the experiences that prepare us to lead.

Today, Aarron brings that perspective to every organization he works with—helping improve processes and results while building stronger teams, developing stronger leaders, and creating organizations that can sustain success long after the initial changes are made.
